THIRTEEN bowlers from Ilminster Bowling Club have been selected for Somerset Middleton Cup Trial after impressing at league level.
Carl Brooks, Oli Collins, Levi Hembrow, Neil Rowe, George Miles, Jason Miles, Matt Hamilton, Steve Turner, Jonny Kingston, Peter Loaring, Steve Hurford, Terry Heath and Will Anderson have all been selected.
A spokesperson from the club said: "Congratulations to the 13 Ilminster players who have been selected for the Somerset Middleton Cup Trial at Ilminster on Sunday May 18.
"Also congratulations to Levi Hembrow , Matt Hamilton and Oli Collins who have been selected for the Balcomb Trophy Squad against Herefordshire."
In other news at the club, they are hosting an Indoor AGM Presentation Evening on Friday, April 19th, at 7:00pm.
The club said: "Get ready for an evening filled with celebration and camaraderie as we reflect on our achievements and set our sights on the future.
"Delicious treats await as we'll be serving up a sumptuous buffet around 8:30 PM, ensuring your taste buds are just as satisfied as your bowling skills!"
