ST Andrew’s Academy in Chardstock is celebrating after its pupils’ exam achievements were recognised.
The school was placed 34th out of all state primary schools nationally in the BBC’s school league tables.
The tables also showed the school as the second highest performing in Devon.
Executive head Andrea Rice and school head Gerard Rourke thanked staff, governors, parents and especially the hard-working children for the success.
