PUPILS at Greenfylde CofE First School enjoyed a forest school day.
All the classes get termly forest school sessions so as to integrate outdoor learning and wider life skills into the curriculum.
Children also regularly use the Rec and Herne Hill for such activities.
Forest School leader Vernon Higgins said: “This allows us to add a local appreciation to their learning.”
