ALTHOUGH the News is for some reason not stocked at the world-famous Macy's store in New York, we're still making our presence felt there.
Pictured here with her copy of Chard and Ilminster's finest is Paula Bandy, who lives in Bradley Stoke, Bristol, but is formerly of Tatworth.
She said the copy of the News she is holding even features her skittles-playing mum in the sports pages.
Also pictured is Paula's third cousin, Patrick O'Connor.
She said: "We are related through our great grandmothers, who grew up in Nimmer.
"His grandmother, along with a number of her brothers, emigrated to America in the early 1900s, whilst my grandmother remained in the Chard area.
"Our grandmothers remained in touched until they died and we now keep up the contact."
